Your submittal of any purchase order to Monkey & the BrownMan (mandbm.com) indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by mandbm.com.
mandbm.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Refunds & Returns
Returns must be in as new condition (as original) with tags attached, and sent to PO Box 155, Collaroy NSW 2097, Australia.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Any faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached.
See below for the time frame your exchange or refund must be made in:
- Exchanges (full price items) - 100 days from date of purchase
- Exchanges (sale items) - 30 days from date of purchase
- Refunds (full price items) - 30 days from date of purchase
Refunds and returns are not available on free, or promotional items. Or unless otherwise stipulated.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. mandbm.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. mandbm.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. mandbm.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by mandbm.com.
Change of Address
mandbm.com cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Undeliverable packages
Please be sure to fill in your correct delivery details, any goods undeliverable will be held at our Sydney office – we will contact you for resolution.
Shipping Information
Within Australia: we will have your goods in the post the very next business day after your order is processed, but just in case, please allow 10 working days to receive your package.
International: we will have your goods in the air within 3 business days of your order being processed. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your package.
International Customs Charges
